# Execute your shoot day with Set View
> Track shot-by-shot progress on set, manage your shoot day schedule, and run the live feed so your crew always knows what's rolling and what's next.
Set View is where the production day happens in CineFlow. Once you're on set, you open the shoot day, work through your shots one by one, and mark them as complete as you go. The live feed runs alongside it so your crew and clients can follow along in real time from their own devices.
## Opening Set View
From your project sidebar, select **Set View**. The page shows a list of your shoot days. Click a day to open the Set View for that day.
If you haven't added shoot days yet, set your project's start and end dates in **Project Settings**: CineFlow creates shoot days automatically from that date range.
## Working through shots on the day
The Set View shows the shots scheduled for the day in order, with the current shot highlighted. As you work through each shot:
* Click **Mark complete** (or the checkmark on the shot card) to advance to the next shot.
* Use **On deck** to flag the next shot so crew start setting up early.
* Add a **note** to any shot if something changed, a lens swap, a location tweak, or a safety note for post.
A **progress bar** at the top of the view shows how many shots have been completed out of the total scheduled for the day. The elapsed time counter for each rolling shot counts up automatically.
## Shot status indicators
| Status | Meaning |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------ |
| **Rolling** | The camera is running, current active shot |
| **On Deck** | Next up, crew should be setting up |
| **Complete** | Shot is in the can |
| **Skipped** | Shot was dropped from the day's schedule |
## Managing your shoot day schedule
The schedule panel alongside the shot list shows all the blocks for the day, scenes, crew calls, meal breaks, company moves, and other events. You can:
* **Reorder** blocks by dragging them
* **Add a new block** for any unplanned event (a safety meeting, an unexpected setup, a company move)
* **Adjust durations** inline by clicking any block's time field
Changes to the schedule reflect immediately in the callsheet for that day, so there's no need to update both separately.
## Live Feed
Live Feed lets you broadcast the current shot status to your entire crew, and any clients or stakeholders, in real time. Anyone with the link can follow along without a CineFlow account.

## Camera reports
At the end of each shoot day, you can create a camera report to document exactly what was shot, on which camera, with which magazine, and how many takes each shot took.
In the project sidebar, select **Camera Reports**. The list shows all reports grouped by shoot day.
Select the shoot day and click **New Report**. CineFlow creates a blank report for that day and opens the editor.
Use the scene/shot picker to select shots from your shot list. Shots are added as entries in the report.
For each shot entry, add individual takes. Record the camera body, magazine, roll number, lens, and any slate or take notes. CineFlow carries camera and lens data forward from the previous take automatically so you don't have to re-enter the same details every time.
When the day is wrapped and the report is complete, lock it. Locked reports are read-only and display a lock badge in the report list.
Deleting a camera report permanently removes all shot entries and takes logged against it. Lock the report instead of deleting it when you want to preserve the record.
