# Custom branding for CineFlow PDF exports

> Create branded PDF exports with your own logo, colors, and fonts. Custom branding is available on the Pro plan and managed from the Utilities hub.

Custom branding lets you replace the CineFlow watermark on PDF exports with your own production company's logo, colours, and fonts. Once you've saved a brand profile, attach it to any project and every PDF exported from that project will carry your branding: callsheets, shot lists, gear lists, and other documents.

## Plan requirements

Custom branding is a **Pro plan** feature.

| Plan               | Watermark          | Custom logo | Custom colors | Custom font |
| ------------------ | ------------------ | ----------- | ------------- | ----------- |
| Free / Solo / Team | CineFlow watermark | No          | No            | No          |
| Pro                | No watermark       | Yes         | Yes           | Yes         |

* Click the **pencil icon** to open the brand form with existing values pre-filled.
* Click the **trash icon** to permanently delete the brand profile. This doesn't affect PDFs you've already exported.

<Warning>
  Deleting a brand profile removes it from your account immediately. Any projects that referenced it will fall back to the default CineFlow styling on future exports.
</Warning>

## Attaching a brand to a project

Open the project where you want to use the branding, navigate to **Project Settings**, and select the brand profile from the **Brand** dropdown. Every PDF exported from that project will use the selected brand.

<Tip>
  Keep your logo file under 2 MB and use a transparent background (PNG or SVG) so it sits cleanly on both light and dark PDF themes.
</Tip>

## Where branded PDFs are used

Once a brand profile is attached to a project, it applies to:

* **Callsheets**: crew call times, location details, and production info
* **Shot lists**: scene and shot breakdowns
* **Gear lists**: equipment manifests
* **Other documents**: any document exported to PDF from the project
