CineFlow can export your production documents as professionally formatted PDFs, ready to share with cast, crew, and clients. The number of PDF exports available to you each month depends on your plan, and you can extend your allowance at any time by purchasing a PDF Export Pack add-on.

What you can export as a PDF

You can generate PDF exports for the following document types:
  • Callsheets — daily call sheets with crew and talent schedules
  • Shot lists — ordered lists of planned shots with descriptions and metadata
  • Gear lists — equipment lists for a production
  • People lists — cast and crew contact sheets

Monthly export limits by plan

PlanMonthly PDF exports

Your monthly PDF count resets at the start of each calendar month. Usage from the previous month does not carry over.

Watermarks on Free plan exports

On the Free plan, all PDF exports include a CineFlow watermark. This watermark is removed automatically when you upgrade to any paid plan (Solo, Team, or Pro).
If you’re on the Free plan and need to share a watermark-free document with a client, consider upgrading to Solo for a single month and then returning to the Free plan if needed.

PDF Export Packs

If you’re on the Free or Solo plan and need more exports than your monthly allowance provides, you can purchase a PDF Export Pack.
  • Price: $20 AUD, one-time charge
  • Credits included: 100 PDF exports
  • Expiry: Pack credits do not expire as long as your account is active
Pack credits are consumed before your monthly plan credits. This means if you have pack credits remaining, they’ll be used first, preserving your monthly quota for the rest of the month. You can purchase multiple packs and their credits stack. For example, if you buy two packs, you’ll have 200 pack credits available before CineFlow starts counting against your monthly allowance.

Buying a PDF Export Pack

1

Open Settings > Plan and Billing

Navigate to Settings and select the Plan and Billing tab.
2

Find the Add-ons section

Scroll down to the Add-ons section near the bottom of the page.
3

Click Buy pack

Under PDF Export Pack, click Buy pack. You’ll be taken through a secure one-time checkout. Credits are available in your account immediately after payment.

Checking your PDF usage

You can see how many PDF exports you’ve used this month in Settings > Usage. The PDF Exports (this month) card shows:
  • How many exports you’ve used
  • Your total available (monthly limit plus any pack credits remaining)
  • A note if pack credits are contributing to your available total
If you have both pack credits and a monthly allowance, the usage counter shows your combined total so you always know exactly how many exports you have left.

What happens when you reach your limit

When you’ve used all of your available PDF exports for the month (including any pack credits), the export button for PDF documents becomes unavailable. You’ll see a message indicating that you’ve reached your limit. To regain export access, you can:
Your monthly PDF allowance resets automatically at the start of each calendar month. If you’re close to your limit at the end of a month, waiting a few days is the simplest option.
Purchase a PDF Export Pack ($20 AUD, 100 exports) from Settings > Plan and Billing > Add-ons. Credits are available immediately after checkout.
Upgrading to the Team or Pro plan gives you unlimited PDF exports with no monthly cap. Go to Settings > Plan and Billing and select Upgrade on the Team or Pro card.
Exports that fail due to a system error do not count against your limit. Only successfully generated PDF files consume a credit.
