CineFlow is a film production workspace that keeps your projects, shot lists, cast and crew, gear, and call sheets in one place. This guide takes you from your first visit to a working project—start to finish.
1

Create your account

Open app.cineflow.cloud in your browser. You can sign up with Google in one click, or enter a display name, email address, and a password of at least six characters. After registering with email, check your inbox for a confirmation link and click it to activate your account.
You start on the Free plan, which includes two projects and 1 GB of storage. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from Settings → Plan and Billing.
2

Set up your profile

Once you’re signed in, open your account settings to fill in your display name and choose your role. Taking a minute here means collaborators will recognise you straight away when you share projects.See Set up your CineFlow account for the full walkthrough, including notification preferences and the macOS desktop and iOS apps.
3

Create your first project

From the dashboard, click New Project or press Alt+N (⌥N on Mac) to open the project creation wizard. Enter a project name, choose a type (Short Film, Feature Film, Documentary, and others), set a stage, and pick a default currency. On the next screen you can add shoot start and end dates, the director’s and DP’s names, and the aspect ratio. Review the digital spec sheet on the final screen, then click Create Project.
You can drag any project card onto a folder to organise your dashboard. Create folders from the + menu in the dashboard header.
For everything you can configure after creation—cover images, archiving, and project settings—see Create and organize your first project.
4

Build your first shot list

Open the project you just created and navigate to the Shot List tab. Add scenes and shots, set camera details, and attach reference images. You can export the finished shot list as a PDF at any time.
Use Alt+Shift+A (⌥⇧A on Mac) to add a new scene and Alt+Shift+T (⌥⇧T on Mac) to add a new shot without reaching for the mouse.
See Shot list for the full guide.
5

Invite a collaborator

In an open project, go to Settings → Collaborators and enter your team member’s email address to send an invite. Once they accept, they can view and edit the project according to the permissions you set.
Collaborator limits depend on your plan. The Free plan is single-user only. Solo allows one collaborator per project; Team allows five; Pro allows ten.
