Create an account
Go to app.cineflow.cloud. You’ll see the sign-in screen with two options.- Sign up with Google
- Sign up with email
Click Continue with Google and follow the OAuth prompt in your browser. No password is required, Google handles authentication and you’re taken straight to your dashboard.
Complete your profile
After signing in, open your account settings to fill in any details you skipped during sign-up.1
Open settings
Click your avatar or initials in the sidebar, then select Settings, or press
Alt+, (⌥, on Mac) from anywhere in the app.2
Update your display name and avatar
In the Profile section, update your display name and upload a profile photo. Your avatar appears on shared projects so collaborators can identify you at a glance.

Set your role
Choose your primary role, Director, Producer, DP, and so on. This is optional but helps your collaborators understand your position on a project.
Configure notification preferences
CineFlow can notify you about project activity via email. You can control how often in Settings → Notifications.Reset your password
If you forget your password, click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.Download the apps
CineFlow runs in any modern browser at app.cineflow.cloud. Native apps are also available for macOS and iOS.macOS desktop app
The macOS desktop app provides a native window, native system notifications, and persistent login between sessions. Download it from the CineFlow website and open the
.dmg installer.The desktop app checks for updates automatically. When an update is ready, you’ll see a prompt inside the app to install it.iOS app
The iOS app gives you access to your projects, shot lists, and callsheets from your phone or tablet. Install it from the App Store by searching for CineFlow.On mobile, tap a project card to choose which view to open, the project overview, shot list, or callsheets.
All three surfaces, web, macOS, and iOS, share the same account and sync in real time. Changes made on one device appear immediately on the others.
