CineFlow offers four plans to suit productions of every size, from a solo filmmaker running a single project to a full crew needing shared access and custom branding. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), and you can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from Settings.

Yearly plans save you roughly two months compared to paying monthly. For example, Solo yearly at 270isequivalenttojust270 is equivalent to just 22.50 per month.

Plan details

The Free plan lets you explore CineFlow with up to 2 projects and 10 PDF exports per month. You get 1 GB of storage and full access to the core production tools — shot lists, callsheets, gear lists, and people lists. PDF exports on the Free plan include a CineFlow watermark.The Free plan does not include collaborator access, so projects are private to your account.
Solo is designed for independent filmmakers who occasionally bring in one other person. You get 10 projects, 1 collaborator seat, 100 PDF exports per month, and 5 GB of storage. Exports are watermark-free.
Team suits small crews working together across multiple productions. You get 30 projects, 5 collaborator seats, unlimited PDF exports, and 10 GB of storage. Exports are watermark-free.
Pro is built for larger productions and production companies. You get unlimited projects, 10 collaborator seats, unlimited PDF exports, and 30 GB of storage. Pro also unlocks the Finance module and custom branding for your exported documents.

Upgrading your plan

Open Settings

In CineFlow, click your avatar or workspace name in the top navigation, then select Settings.

Go to Plan and Billing

Select the Plan and Billing tab from the settings sidebar.

Choose a billing cycle

Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle at the top of the plan cards to see prices for each cycle. Yearly pricing is shown as a total annual charge.

Select your plan

Click Upgrade on the plan you want. You’ll be taken through a secure checkout flow to complete your subscription.

Confirm activation

After checkout, CineFlow automatically activates your new plan. Your new limits apply immediately. If your plan doesn’t update within a minute or two, use the refresh icon next to your current plan name to sync your subscription status.

Switching between monthly and yearly billing

You can switch your billing cycle at any time through the billing portal.

Open Settings > Plan and Billing

Navigate to Settings, then select Plan and Billing.

Open the billing portal

Scroll to the Billing section at the bottom of the page and click Open billing portal.

Update your subscription

In the billing portal, select your current subscription and choose to update the billing interval. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
If you’re switching from monthly to yearly, the portal will credit any unused days from your current monthly period and apply them to your yearly subscription.

Add-ons

Add-ons extend your plan’s capabilities without requiring you to upgrade to the next tier.
$10 AUD per month, per seat.Each extra seat adds one additional collaborator to your workspace, on top of your plan’s base allowance. For example, if you’re on the Solo plan (which includes 1 collaborator) and you purchase two extra seats, you can invite a total of 3 collaborators.To purchase an extra seat, go to Settings > Plan and Billing, scroll to the Add-ons section, and click Add seat.
Extra collaborator seats are billed as a recurring monthly charge and stack with your base plan. You can purchase multiple seats.

Student discount

If you sign up with an .edu.au email address, you’re eligible for a student discount on all paid plans. The discount percentage is shown in your billing settings.

Go to Settings > Plan and Billing

The Student Discount section appears automatically if your account email qualifies.

Verify your student status

Click Verify student status. CineFlow sends a verification code to your student email address.

Enter the code

Enter the 6-digit code from your inbox and click Confirm. Your discount is applied immediately to all future charges.
Student verification is valid for 12 months. You’ll receive a prompt in your billing settings when it’s time to re-verify. The discount only applies while you have an active paid subscription.

Referral program

You can generate a referral code from Settings > Plan and Billing under the Referral Program section. When another filmmaker uses your code, they receive 10% off their first month, and you earn 2 months of 10% discount per referral, up to a maximum of 10 months.

Managing your subscription

To update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel your subscription, open the billing portal from Settings > Plan and Billing > Open billing portal. The portal gives you full control over your subscription outside of CineFlow.
If you cancel your subscription, you’ll retain access to your paid plan’s features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan, and any projects or collaborators that exceed the Free plan’s limits will become read-only.
