CineFlow can place your production company’s logo, colors, and typography on every PDF you export — callsheets, shot lists, gear lists, and other documents. This keeps your paperwork looking professional and on-brand from the first scout through wrap day.

Plan requirements

Custom branding is a Pro plan feature. The table below shows what each plan includes on exported PDFs:
PlanWatermarkCustom logoCustom colorsCustom font
Free / Solo / TeamCineFlow watermark
ProNo watermarkYesYesYes
If you are on a Free, Solo, or Team plan, your exported PDFs include the CineFlow watermark in place of a custom logo. Upgrade to Pro to remove the watermark and unlock full branding control. See Settings > Billing to view or change your plan.
You can create and save brand profiles before upgrading. They will be applied to exports as soon as your account has Pro access.

Accessing branding

Branding is managed through the Utilities hub rather than the main Settings page.
1

Open the Utilities hub

In the left sidebar, click the Utilities icon (the grid or toolbox icon). On mobile, tap Utilities in the bottom navigation bar.
2

Open Branding

Tap the Branding card. If your account is not on a Pro plan, an upgrade prompt appears instead.

Creating a brand profile

You can save multiple brand profiles — useful if you work across different production companies or need separate identities for different project types.
1

Click the + button

In the Branding page, click the + button in the top-right corner to open the brand form.
2

Enter a brand or company name

Type the name of the production company or brand. This name identifies the profile in the list — it does not appear on exports unless you include it in your logo image.
3

Upload a logo

Click the upload area and select a logo file. PNG, SVG, or JPG files are recommended. The logo appears in the top area of exported PDFs.
4

Set colors

Choose a Primary color using the color picker or by typing a hex code. Optionally add a Secondary color for accent elements. These colors are applied to headers and section dividers in PDF exports.
5

Choose a font

Select a Font family from the dropdown. The list includes popular Google Fonts such as Inter, Montserrat, Playfair Display, and more. Leave this set to Default (System) if you want to use the standard CineFlow document font.
6

Save the brand

Click Save Brand. The new profile appears in your brand list.

Editing and deleting brand profiles

Hover over a brand card to reveal the edit and delete actions.
  • Click the pencil icon to open the brand form with the existing values pre-filled. Make your changes and click Save Brand.
  • Click the trash icon to permanently delete the brand profile. This cannot be undone, but it does not affect PDFs you have already exported.
Deleting a brand profile removes it from your account immediately. Any projects that referenced it will fall back to the default CineFlow styling on future exports.

Where branded PDFs are used

Once a brand profile is set at the project level, it applies to:
  • Callsheets — crew call times, location details, and production info
  • Shot lists — scene and shot breakdowns
  • Gear lists — equipment manifests
  • Other documents — any document exported to PDF from the project
To apply a brand to a specific project, open the project, navigate to the relevant section, and look for the branding option in the export or settings panel.
Keep your logo file under 2 MB and use a transparent background (PNG or SVG) so it sits cleanly on both light and dark PDF themes.
